The Ghana film producers and directors are not serious at all.they have to find a solution .have all this tv station stop preview this Mexicans shows take over all this tv stations and the sad story is that Mexicans don't even like blacks.why we le all this happen in Ghana communication systems.because Ghana filmmakers are idiots..they have association but it don't works and most filmmakers dont even have experience at all about filmmaking skills .I m tired watshing love and spiritual movies all the time. Shirley Frimpong-Manso is one of them.most movies she direct base on stupid love movies.just waist of money.she spend more than she make.

I will certainly on my next visit to Ghana ,help finance a movie project spearheaded by M/s Frimpong Manso than a Kenkey and water business . It seems like that's all you guys talk about . Jerk!!

Ghanaian movies are too artificial. The actors are too proud to wear the shoes of the characters they play. And now, this NPP appendage is blaming NDC for her lack of innovation.

Dear Shirley i beg to differ with you on your assessment of the so called "movie industry" of Ghana. Firstly what pertains here can hardly be called a movie industry as real movies are not shot here and that includes Nigeria. You all need to really come to terms with this basic fact and admit your in-competences and lack of basic knowledge about what constitutes a real movie. You have been shooting sub standard and mediocre "films" for an illiterate and cinematographically unsophisticated watching public who naively lap up anything thrown at them. This has led to half baked so called directors, producers, cameramen etc. to live in their own fool's paradise of self belief. The less said about the so called actors the better; Five star garbage if you ask me! We have semi-illiterates masquerading as actors and being called stars and celebrities in west Africa for cheap abysmal performances and we actually applaud them and make them believe they are something. Every aspect of the so called film making here is technically bankrupt from A-Z and that frankly is an understatement. Shirley you all need to accept this and make an effort to learn the real rudiments and fundamentals of proper and successful movie making. Let me educate you a little. You have labelled the lack of money as the main hindrance to churning out better films but i need you to know that what is lacking in this industry is great talent, technological savvy, creativity, sophisticated performances and great story writers and tellers. You are all in the same boat and therefore do not see any difference.
