He shouldn't try to keep what he has else he will lose them all. Death appointed by God's own time has nothing wrong it but Premature death occasioned by we ourselves is avoidable.

Fear of what you know that's hidden is what's making you feel like this. Confess to someone you respect in private (your priest, president, parents, etc.) and your soul shall be set free.

You fear for not seeing your children probably because of retribution. And only you know what you've done that will make somebody seek to harm your children. Start working on it and you shall find peace in your life before death arrives. Otherwise, live in the same fear that have affected your life and career all along this while. Sorry to hear this bro. Life's too short not to enjoy.
