what the witness is saying is totally vague ...here is ghana,if police patrol team are sent to catch wee smokers, even people arround are caught together with those smoking and sent to police station. upon investigation and those who were not part will be released. so i dnt understand why the police team on duty at that night could arrest one person on the grounds that they saw kwaw kesse with the substance suspected to be indian hemp.
they arrested him because of his status in society. there is no truth in the police service. ghana must all go in one consensual and dissovle the police service.
