  There are many fields in which Ghana lacks the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. However it has come to light that these scholarships are shrouded in secrecy and there is discrimination in the award of these scholarships. This practice must come to an end immediately

  Much as I applaud your drive and enthusiasm, you must also realize that the movie industry and indeed entertainment as a whole is a tough and rough industry. Its not meant for the feint hearted. Yes, writers and producers make up their minds as to who to feature when coming out with gigs. This is especially so when it comes to lead roles. One must work indefatiguably hard in order to break through. The same applies to music videos etc. Jinell, it may interest you to know that this permeates through every sphere of professional life which sometimes can be rough and dirty. Healthy rivalry however, is far better as it allows you to keep challenging yourself at getting better each day. Keep fighting and the best of luck.

  Producers are also looking at names and faces that will sell. The demand of the market determine which face or name to use. Please look at the other side of the coin too. If the producer run in to loss, he goes out of business and then, who will produce. There so many factors to consider when producing a movie. In else where in the world, it's hard for upcoming actor or actress to get a lead role or role he desire. God bless Ghana.
