Still scratching my head why the police allows unlicensed cars to be driven during the week but not over the weekend.
HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED ON THE FIRST DAY THAT HE WAS STOPPED BY THE POLICE. THE POLICE ARE NOT DOING THEIR WORK WELL.
