So my advise is, he should better redeem his posterity now by coming clean and accepting punishment if guilty or loosing his place in history if found out later that he is guilty after all. By then it may be too late.

Many are on remand for false charges of rape but the State is not filing nolle prosequi.”

This is blowing hot air, it is evidence and not emotions that talks in a court of law. It is the girl's friend/cousin who says she is a virgin but is that the truth? Does the so-called medical report at Nyaho clinic says so? Does the medical report at Nyaho clinic and that at police hospital contradict each other? The question to ask is why the state suddenly grew cold feet after the court ruled that they should furnish the defence with the Nyaho medical report as well as report on the investigation conducted. Why file NP after that ruling? Your guess is as good as mine, the state had nothing concrete. As for Lawyer Ampaw I sometimes wonder about his legal capabilities. He must realise that the court of law is different from court of public opinion. Am sure we all have our personal and i dare say political take on this case but they remain just that, personal takes. Just the two of them were there and only concrete and irrefutable evidence can sway the judgement scale one way or the other. Anyway, we are still waiting for lawyer Ampaw to tell us where Castro is....
