He got it all wrong. They are practically playing music for Ghana's listeners, so what does he expect? They aren't crafty, they don't invent anything. They just copy others and play along the same lines.

Ghana musicians would have done better polishing old Ghana highlife, but they'd rather play nonsense. Personally, I prefer to listen to Nana Ampadu, Ashanti Brothers, Adofo and those guys of old instead of the current crop of musicians who show no talent at all.
They shouldn't expect result.

All of you fools want to copy or do songs that of the Western lifestyle but what you fools forget to realize that there are plenty of great artists of such music that you can never much. Besides, the white man or the West, or even other African countries don't give a damns about your so called English songs or whatever you call it. Just focus on highlife music, make it sound nice and foreigners will even buy without having to understand the language.
