But apart from Kwame Nkrumah and to some extent and Atta Mills and JJ, which of our ex president have not been selfish ,amassing wealh for themselves .families and their cronies. Most of African Leaders treat their countries as their private companies and therefore able to use the countries resources anyway we like.
The political class because of their own selfish intensions have colluded to craft a constitution that does not make it a mandatory for declaration of assets for incoming presidents and parliamentarians and their immediate family which should be PUBLIC for all to see. When it comes to money and allowances we have a quasi uni-government where there is no government and minority paties. They all sing from the same hymn book when it comes to pay and allowances
