  Easiest and yet most effective way of combating Diabetes is with a well constructed diabetic diet - my only problem with the the Diabetes Free program (Review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_nJ3xlOWvk) was that it was too vague as far as using natural methods to cre diabetes goes. It did help me open my mind to adopting diabetic diet or lifestyle etc. The 7 steps book is way better than Diabetes Free as far as treating diabetes goes, I dropped my blood sugar to 70-80 with it - and it was completely free versus expensive Metformin or Insulin :) . I'm starting to realize that we need to focus more on the natural methods that exist as far as beating diabetes goes.
