  When you go before Parliament , be contrite , and state your position of legalization of Pot as best and sensible as you can. Substantiate your Petition with Cogent facts. You will be very stupid to repeat your baseless accusation of 80% of them smoking pot under Oath. That baseless and unsubstantiated point was not said under Oath, so if anything , other than taking some castigation from the Honourable Members, you will not be held in Contempt. Stay far away from that frivolous accusation and let it be treated as hear say comment made on a comedic show and you will come out with few feathers ruffled. Mind you ! No charge for my advice and there won't be any need for all the other Legal Minds you contemplating on asking them to follow you around. Good Luck.
