  I knew the gentleman way back when in Kumasi, before he moved to Canada(Brampton) by way of London.

  In fact, I frequently bump into him at social functions ,but never associated him to this celebrity-daughter till now.
  I hope this is not just a convenient photo-op for Jackie, and that she evenly spreads the new wealth between the parents.
