It sensible to suggest that a fact over weight person loses some weight. It's a healthy way of life. It is only out of ignorance we in Africa celebrate weight gain as wealth and good living, while literally it's killing us.

We lure our women into downloading fufu and all sorts of meat in a broth of filth, we make them snack off banku and tilapia, then when they become objects amorphousness, we dump them at Labadi beach to bask in their pathetic state. If it weren't for the tight stretch fabrics they wear most of our women would overflow and spill over into their buttocks (junk truck ).

You see, the truth is once you over stretch your skin, it can never be shrunk, but it will droop. With luck it could tighten temporarily only for as long as you can hold a squeezed butt. Dear miss pretty face, please don't accept any consolation from anybody. They are all disingenuous. Just quit eating banku and fufu and that club beer. Boiled plantain, yam and some vegetables, and wash it all down with some Heineken. Trust me I live it!

This is one example of how the devil works. You've allowed yourself for the devil to steal your happiness from you. The devil has exchanged your happiness with FEAR. God says He has not given us the Spirit of fear but the Spirit of BOLDNESS. GOD says if one draws near to Him He will also draw near to the one. You can do it all by yourself. Go on your knees in fervent prayer confess aspects of your life you yourself is ashamed of. Ask for His forgiveness and pour out your heart out to Him. Then love Him with all your heart and everything. Find a true bible believing church to attend not a " miracle " performing church. What you need is God's favour. Stay blessed in the Lord.
