BECE leaks because parents want their children to attend only a few of the over 600 secondary (high) schools in the country such as PRESEC-LEGON, Wesley Girls, Achimota, Abuakwa State College, Aburi Girls, St. Roses and Tema Secondary making entrance to these few schools most competitive. They also believe that some schools cheat so they have to do something to level the playing field. Schools and parents contribute money to solve this problem compromising exams security.

Which countries in Africa have you been to? I have been travelling around neighbouring countries so tell me so I may visit and relocte. As creative as you claim you should have done that long ago and bring in forreign exchange. Ghana's problem is that we contribute near to nothing but import everything we use. That is economics which is not your calling, anyway. Here iin Nigeria some states have not paid salaries for up to 8 months due to fall in oil revenue. Africans are lazy and very few will do well in position of trust - politicians and other public officials inclusive. Why must politicians borrow from a Bank to fund their political campaigns? Worse still no pesewa is paid back after almost four years since that party failed to win the elections. It says volumes about our so-called honesty. We shall continue pillaging of the public purse.
