Instead of dispersing the mob around her whiles two police personnel give her protection they allowed people to malhandle her. There are lots of these ghetto and aimless guys around who just go about robbing people in broad daylight and the worse of it is they rob you and either kill or wound you but inflicting cutlass wounds on you. Question was the other guy arrested too because before a person would attack you or accuse you of phone stealing then that person is sure or certain. Also these guys are in a gang so when the guy picks the phone he ends up tossing it to others. What happened to her could have happened to anyone and a thief is a thief.The fact is nobody knows who would be a victim of phone theft which could even result in casualties inflicted on that person. Don't hate the lady but hate the act of stealing. By hating the lady then you encouraging thieves and anyone can be a victim.
