  This is a highly controversial case. The lady was reported to be a virgin. She had never met the guy. The CCTV recording went viral. At some point the consenting adults entered a bathroom, then allegedly he claimed she consented to rough intercourse back and front which left her bleeding. He got lucky. She later refused to testify. What happened to the medical report? Did he or did he not wear a condom? Did he cause her pain? Where was her boyfriend when he took her up to his hotel room? The less said about this matter, the better. Best to show remorse.
