Our blind acceptance of the white man's hypocritical culture is what has led us down this conversation. We Akans call God "Nyankupong Kwame" which means the God of Saturday, the same God of the ancient Israelites whom the modern day Christians worship. We are indeed messed up, confused, and stupified by the interjection of Catholicism into the Bible and that is why we keep up with this nonsense of one man one wife. This is something that even God Himself has no problem with otherwise all the patriarchs would have been killed by God starting from Solomon.. and don't tell me that we are in the new dispensation as if God has changed.
