If her friend had reported the theft and misappropriation of his photos to the authorities, then the company would be right to sanction her to protect it's image, otherwise, it remains a private matter. If her friend was truly a friend, then I don't know why he chose to drag her into the public to disgrace her. He could have contacted her privately and asked her to remove the pictures and diffused the problem quietly and amicably. What kind of friend is this?

This is a civil matter and for that, this so called lawyer must have standing, indicating his proper basis for suing tv3, meriting his overarching obligations as well as elaborating how he has been affected by tv3's decision.

If all this cannot be shown with the writ, then he is just her seeking popularity. Cheap lawyer.

we are a country of jokers. in one breadth we complain of corruption and ill doing and in another, we hail people who do wrong because they belong the middle and elite class. what is the wrong that tv3 have committed? they have taken the lady off air to allow investigations to continue. they have not dismissed her from tv3. don't we always call on politicians to resign or step aside when cases of wrong-doing occur, so that the appropriate bodies have the leeway to investigate? is nana aba any different from these politicians. if we as journalists have rights to demand the resignations of officials who commit wrongs, we should equally be honest to ourselves to do same when it happens to us.
