I agree with Delay. Just think about when the fish is caught on the high seas, stored on the trawler for weeks, and in some cases months,before the vessel finally berths. When the vessel gets to the port, the fish is then transported again to the factory where it is stored again for months before it is finally used (FIFO system). By the time that fish goes trough the supply chain (production, warehousing, distribution) and finally on your plate, it might have taken about 2 fucking years! Just think about that, 2 fucking years to eat that fish.
