  We all know death is inevitable but when a loved one commits suicide, an overwhelming grief and emotions can leave you reeling. When my best friend took her life, the shock of it left me feeling depressed and numb. The feelings of guilt and blame became unbearable. My sincere condolences to his family. He was so young and probably very depressed.

Some lucky few can get help and cope. Mental health awareness, don't be shy to ask for help if you need it. This is sad. May the family be comforted

Our society frowns upon it and many times treats the patient as if they're at fault or they're witchcrafts. I wish people don't cast judgment on this guy. Depression is real and treatable with medications and therapy. But at times, the brain overpowers you. This is such a great loss
