You think during the attacks they cared about which tribe the victims belonged to? The world is filled with so much hate already don't fuel it.

What are we teaching the young Ghanaian child? To hate certain groups without even getting the chance to know them ? Is sad some parents teach their children to disrespect certain tribes. Children are pure and we grown up mess them up.

What sense does it make to make claims that tribe A are thieves, B are fraudstersC are promiscuous and so on. Sadly most Ghanaians have been taught this from a tender age. Tribalism is sickening and impedes the growth of a nation. This is heartbreaking. We waste our time on which tribe is better and irrelevant things like that. There are good and bad people in every tribe. There are successful people from all the tribes. This just ain't right, so fucking pathetic. Google volta region and you will know your history and don't come here to pollute. Ewes in Togo and Trans Volta Togoland now volta region and those in Bennin wanted their own nation which was put into votes for those in Trans Volta Togoland to either join the other two or Ghana. By then Ghana consisted of the Akans, guans, Dagombas, mole, Gas and those other tribes in the north and you voted to join us because our land was rich. You didn't have nothing your lands were barren so you came to join the land of Gold, diamond, timber, bauxite, manganese, cocoa and all those minerals and natural resources. You are now claiming the country you join by votes to be yours and those whose gold were named after the country as infidels when even present day Ghana is named after their old heritage the Ghana empire near Mali Timbuktu.Let me tell you why Dr Nkrumah allowed you to join his people, its because of votes because he won the elections but there was much opposition in the north, Ashanti which B/A was included, Eastern and part of Greater Accra so he was scared to lose one day. The reaction of some people to the story of Joyce Dzidzor is not the best.
Suppose you received information that your friend was dead and you cried over the loss but after some time, it turned out that you were deceived, and that your friend never died but is alive: what will be your reaction? Will you be sad that you were deceived or you will be happy that your friend did not die? If you really care for your friend, you should be happy that he/she did not die. Joyce Dzidzor's case is like that.
She, with the support of the Ghana AIDS Commission, made us to believe that she was an HIV/AIDS patient. As a result, she was made to be the number one campaigner in the fight against the spread of HIV/AIDS which was a noble job by all standards. Incidentally, it turned out now that she is actually not an HIV/AIDS patient. Apart from the fact that we have been deceived by that, the effects of her campaigns have no deception in them. Also, it should rather be good news for all who care for her well being that she is actually free from the deadly virus.
The negative reaction being shown by some people can only be explained as hypocrisy. It is like getting angry and embarrassed as if offended when someone who was dead and going to be buried has suddenly come back to life. When you really care for the person, you will rejoice for him/her coming back to life. It is only when someone deceived you to make you worse of that it is reasonable to be angry at the deception. It is true that, Dzidzor's "deception", has not made anybody worse of so we should leave her to live her life the way she finds good.
