Victor has always been highly complicit in corruption deals prior to his resignation. He has been involved in numerous scandals in the past as well. This is not the same for Mahama. In fact, Mahama has been 'clean' to a large extent. Corruption is so pervasive in Romania unlike in Ghana. Let me hasten to add that corruption also exist in Ghana but not like Romania. I am sure Mr. Kubolor is not so abreast with the facts, hence his outburst.
