So, a complainant tells the police the assailant has left for Nigeria. That is supposed to be enough for polices to sit around in their offices.

In this case the police has no grounds to go to court for a warrant on the accused since he is out of the country. So if she told the police that he has left the country, it's her sole responsibility to alarm police on his return so the police can invite both of them to assist them in their investigation.I like Yvonne but she needs to chill a little bit because she's exhibiting little arrogance in her display lately.
