The frequent urination certainly means that this poor guy has underlying DIABETES which is obviously worsening his alcohol liver disease and kidney complications so whoever knows this guy should advise him to seek Specialist medical care in any of the teaching hospitals because, in the end, he may need a liver transplant if he is in terminal liver failure!
