the reason for your waist problem is because you either pulled a muscle or there has been a dislocation in the joint. its simple to correct with this simple exercise by stretching the bones. first stand straight, take your right leg and move it over your left leg and then bend over stretching your two hand firmly to the ground. stay that position till youu feel sore in the waist. then begin to lift up slowly. do this two times daily. morning and evening. wish you well. might help someone battling this for years too. good luck
