Ghanaian men are weak when it comes to dating strong independent and very successful women. They think the women will boss over them so they rather like weak church mice women they can control. Western men know that marriage is a partnership and if you marry a famous or rich woman you will share the same limelight as her and therefore its a win for the guy. All or almost all femal celebrities in Ghana are unmarried because they chased their dreams when they were young. Men will hit and run but they don't want to commit to these women because some fool sitting on his sofa will call his future wife a prostitute. Even Kim Kardashian is married today with a global sex tape ready for all to see freely on the internet. Many of these women are hard working and are not shy to be who they are. I respect Nana Ansah for marrying Gifty Ati recently dispite the nasty rumours that were going around about her love life. Now that is a real man, he took time to get to know the woman and looked ahead to the future and made her his wife. Many Ghana men are cowards and would not even approach a female celebrity that he likes. He will eat her just want to have sex with her and say he hit that, yet the woman was expecting more out of the relationship. Nana Aba, if God wants you to marry you will and the right man will come. Till then live life and do what you do best.

You made some factual errors in you4 posting but I know it was made conveniently to make a point.
Kim kardashians marriage can never be a model marriage. It is totally false that western men see marriage as a partnership. Their idea of marriage is that a woman is not kept. Earn your own money which African women don't subscribe to. Make your own money and spend it anyhow you like. Have sex with someone else if you like and thereafter we meet in court. The children can be another man's until the time that there is a problem like a disease then we do a DNA.
It is up to African women to adopt this stuck up attitude but don't blame others if it goes bad.

It has been planted in your minds that you can have it all and that you don't need men. Its fine with me so far as you stick to it. Note that its an ideology and not valid in reality. An example is one of the females in the TV programme "sex in the city". They pushed the feminist ideology but now that she is getting to 50, she has turned round. I sincerely want her to stick to the ideology she has held on to in her prime. Those females who ascribe to the feminist ideology I say kudos but don't blame someone else later.
