I know for e fact these children are dotted around almost all traffic lights on the streets of the country from morning till late night. And this is not the first time she is seeing such a situation. Questions is, what has she (Afia Schwarzenegger) ever done to help any of those kids. It is clear she expects the minister's eyes to be on the 37 through opaebia to kawukudi road at that time of the night. From her post, she only counted, to report, yet did absolutely nothing to help them when she had first hand information about the situation. I won't be surprised she expects her MCE/DCE or better still a minster to come and clean her dirty gutter when she finds it dirty.
