What about if the investigation finds her guilty of receiving bribe which is at the heart of the saga? Would she resign this position too?

Write to a Ministry? In this country? Is she joking? They will never respond to your letter - that is even if they read them or you wrote a reminder to them several weeks later.
I suspect that part of the reason why these Ministries and govt agencies dont respond to letters is because the the post-Nkrumah poorly educated personnel who now form the management of many of these state institutions, find it difficult to read or write simple official letters in English.
