Even though, this false bishop Bempah has no power to cause any accident, the fact that he wants to glory in Ampaw's accident and falsely claim he had caused it shows that, he must be a bishop of Satan.
Just recently, Owusu Bempah falsely attributed the accidents and carnage on our roads to politicians making human blood sacrifices to win power. Now, he is making another false claim that he himself caused someone who offended him to have accident. There is no difference between an accident caused by an occultic politician making blood sacrifice to win political power and an accident caused by an unholy prophet who caused those who offend him to have accident for people to see how powerful he is. All accidents result in irrepairable destruction hence their reduction or elimination is what must be desired by all decent-minded people.
However, when you are false, you cannot help it but make false claims. Only a false man of God will be obssessed by the thought that others must see how powerful he is. Truly, the power of God saves and gives life; it does not destroy.
