It swells when you're talking and causes a kind of blockage then gets back to normal when you're quiet. See your ENT doctor and you'll be fine. You'll go under the knife, a procedure that lasts less than an hour, you'll wake up talking as nothing has ever happened. Go to the 37 Military Hospital and see Doctor Obodai. He'll sort you out.

My grandma also had it and when it started it was like she lost her voice and it remained like for years until it had progressed to a stage where her voice box was removed.
