Bob Okala does not deserve any STATE BURIAL. He was a comedian and that was his job. We should not cheapen the State Apparatuses The family should bury their own dead.

The late Bob Cole was appointed by the first President of the Republic of Ghana,as Ghana's national Commedian, who traveled extensively with Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah outside the Country ,and also the one whose duties was to entertained foreign dignitaries on State visit in the Country,when needed.Therefore, Yes, someone as late Bob Cole deserved a State burial. Bob Okala was not appointed as Ghana's national Commedian by any past or present leader.He did not has the responsibility to entertained foreign dignitaries in the Country on State Visit,just like some others before him. eg: CK Nyame,Kiakaiku,etc,etc,etc. Therefore,what do you talk about! Baba Spirit and colleagues can maka a substantial Contributions towards Okala's funeral, but not a State burial. Baba Spirit argument is lame. Let's put the saga under microscopic analysis.Be a Judge!.Which of these categories of professionals should be considered for State burial,if we use the argument of Baba Spirit as a Test/Text Case.A Commedian who made people to laugh to relieve them of their Stress,if any,with no measure of any guarantee. And a Medical Dr who actually Saves a patient's life, with a great measure of about 97 percent scientific guarantee(statistics mine). Or the farmer who produced the food We eat to get the energy to walk.Be a Judge!.Anyway.
