  Let us face it our local food is among some of the most unhealthy in the world.Most Ghanaians do now show the effects because we do a lot of physical activities such as walking, playing football, pounding fufu etc.I realized how unhealthy our diet is when I visited China a couple years ago.Their diet is more greens and fruit compared to our bank,fufu,palmnut soup etc.I stayed for just six months and lost almost 15pounds even though I ate more.I looked fresher and felt younger.When I returned home it only took about a month and a half to put the weight back on.We need to change our local diets or risk a national epidemic of heart diseases.

  Come to America and see the Ghanaians who eat this and sit in cars, they're fat, deformed. Our food are meant for eating and sweating it off. Look at the girls you people call celebs, big stomach small waist
