  Of course he is right. There are so many talented real musicians in Ghana that are not played on radio. Well its all these useless shouters and their payola. If you do cheap low budget computer recordings then you have money left to bribe the DJs.

  Uncle AkaBlay, thank you for saying it like it is. Nobody wants to rock the boat, so we are all pretending that payola doesn't exist. The djs are not the real problem, it's the owners/management of the radio station. If they decide to make payola a sackable offence in Ghana, payola would disappear overnight.
