  I am 13 year old girl and I see men/boys expose their penis(including abodormui/kotobotor) in public urinating. Policemen in uniforms also do that. Even Sunday mornings on my way to church with the Bible in my hand, I still see different size of penises urinating in public before I reach my destination.
