  Am not so sure, but Paapa Yankson could be suffering from Sciatic Nerve Pain which most elderly people suffer from due to lifting and old age. Physical Therapy will greatly help, but you can also lie on your back lift up the ...

  Am not so sure, but Paapa Yankson could be suffering from Sciatic Nerve Pain which most elderly people suffer from due to lifting and old age. Physical Therapy will greatly help, but you can also lie on your back lift up the waist, about 8 times, pedal your legs like riding a bike, hold a knee with both hands and push to your chest also about 8 times, swing both legs side and side as you are still on your back. Please do not sleep too much, do not stand too much, and do not walk too much. Do not also lift anything weighing more that 10 pounds. Stay away from sex in the mean time.
