They drink a crate of beer and still complain. Hire taxi daily etc using big petrol cars. Spending for funerals, they will surely complain. .know how to live. Europeans live simple.

If it's indeed true that $50000 united states dollars was paid to this guy alone, by otumfuo's family on a single wedding show, when roads within Kumasi alone not to talk of other places where his kingdom extends to are not motor able then I can only pray to God to send manner from heaven's to feed his people.
We have so many crises in Ashanti region, thanks partly to the deliberate policies by a corrupt NDC government of which he, the Asantehene is a beneficiary.He is not in anyway troubled by the suffering's of his subjects let alone think of helping them out of their predicaments. Talk of insensitivity,naivety,heartlessness and all the evil attributes and surely he is indifferent. It's therefore not surprising that he and his family are spending this huge sums of money on an individual on an unproductive exercise. Surprisingly, they will stand on platforms to appeal to individuals to help invest in the region, when they are not thinking a bit about them.
I am reminding them that it takes the taxes of these people to put food on their tables and other stuff. Therefore, the inhuman treatment to the people are surely going to be a curse unto his family.
I for see the chieftaincy institutions in the country collapsing in not too distant future, mainly due to corruption and autocracy.
