It's on record that Sugar Hill and Gangs released the first rap song in 1979 called "Rappers delight". This is so because their song wen world wide. I'll therefore entreat Obuor and the entire Musiga executives to help get this fact right. "The simgwado" sang by Gyedu Blay, was recorded way back in 1973 or 1974 which was 5 to 6 years earlier than Rappers delight.
