Doesn't Love come first before Trust in Marriage? How could there be any Trust at all, if Love is woefully lacking in Marriage?

Surely, some semblance of Trust could be arranged, as in Business. There could be personal obligations that may have to be upheld in arranged Marriages, for example. Stakeholders in certain Marriages, as found in Saudi Arabia, where Marriages are arranged by Families with little to no input from the Spouses, especially, the Woman, often use the maintenance of Family Honor as the main reason why Spouses have to stay together. Love is, somehow, believed in those areas to be a secondary element that could be generated after the Marriage is consummated.

But, for all practical purposes, the reality is different from that expectation. People coerced into arranged Marriages often divorce much earlier than otherwise. That is because such Marriages lack the basic and core element of nuptial union that glues the couples together--Love.

So, the Saudis must not be surprised but face the realities, and honestly allow their Marriage system to be revised to make Love the central factor. Anything less would see the deterioration of the sustenance rate of Marriages in Saudi Arabia and similar areas. An unhappy Marriage leads to early divorce.
