This country is so poor in humanity and morality that people can do and say anything and then crown it all with an apology knowing that they will be hailed for coming out to say the phrase that is so cliché it doesn't mean anything-"I am sorry"
If tht man had called him a black monkey, no amount of apology would have cut it.
It is high time we hold people accountable instead of just letting them get away with evrythn all in the name of apology....this is how uncultured, uncouthed people are bred
