What at all do Ghanaians want the government to do. We are so not used to people doing their jobs that whenever does then we want a national award/recognition for them. YEs the policeman was in the rain/flood so what? That is his job to serve, save, protect lives and property. What of the police who die in service? The teachers, doctors, nurses. We as the public can congratulate them and stop this nonsense of president should do this or that. Better still ask the police service to recognize him and not the president.

Granted he wasn't trained anyway, just a uniform and buganuga principles.
