As the owner of ROMANTASY Corsetry for 16 yrs I've researched the topic and have the only detailed "how to" waist train book "Corset Magic" available at romantasy.com. Happy to answer questions and support Princess S. and others who have lovely figures and only wish to safely and sanely improve their health and figures.

We agree with her and recommend anyone not to "force into smaller sizes." Do not over do it, remember it should be uncomfortable but not painful. Most importantly, when you waist train, you need to workout and eat right to see the results. It should be a healthy habit and do not get obsessed with it. Keep it simple like Princess Shyngle does!
