Well you are becoming a talkative ''prophet'' and that is making some of us to doubts so called prophets as from God rather agents of devil using magic and falling angels to work. Greed is not a sin that is exclusive to Blacks, Sir. Partnerships among other races break down all the time. It is all in how the legal bindings on any Partnership are formulated.

In cases where the Partnership fails to work, there still ought to be a legal and fair way to end the cooperation.

What is common to engender the comments the Pastor gave on Partnership with Blacks is that we mostly defer too often to mutual trust and ignore the need to draw up proper legal bindings and documentation on joint projects.

Ghanaians in particular hate being asked to account for business decisions. Many Ghanaians get angry when they are asked to render accounts on anything involving money that they have been put in charge of.

Their usual almost spontaneous reaction is: 'do you think I am stealing your money?'

But the ironic truth is that we erroneously mix relational conviviality with business. That often makes very difficult to even do business with family members and friends.

By extrapolation, the same problem hinders many potential Ghanaian entrepreneurs who might for a good reason be itinerant not seek a local representative or Partner to begin business with.

One area of economic activities in Ghana where reliability and integrity is most lacking is the Transportation sector, where owners of Commercial vehicles like Taxis and Trotro and even long distant Mass Transportation Buses are not often present. The Drivers of these vehicles would pilfer the proceeds from the Business and keep more of the revenue than the owners of the Vehicles get.

Eventually, these Drivers would soon rise from abject poverty to rich House and Vehicle owners themselves at the expense of their employers and owners of the Vehicles. We have a culture that abhors accountability and probity but is constantly praising getting rich quickly and at younger ages. All that does is fueling corruption and driving others to cheat Partners in business.

It is a huge moral deficiency in Ghana our Clergies and Imams, Churches and Mosques, need to do better at mitigating among their congregations.

Prophet Kobi must therefore take it upon himself to interact more seriously with his peers in his profession to tackle that weak moral attribute in Ghanaians, and Blacks, if he believes us to be so fallible.
