That's why people chose Jay z over Nas.Nas was great in his lyrics Jay z rap in the simplest English language such that his fans could relate to what he said ,be entertained and even connect with it emotionally.music is about entertainment,it's about numbers,it's about records and in fact hippop has bragging as an elements...lil Wayne, 50 cents,Tupac, biggie etc where always claiming they where kings,richer,better than the other person etc.but why do you love them soo much and criticise sarkodie.if manifest says he is number one or a Godmc isn't it bragging too.For me who understands hip pop I wnt criticise any of them its a hip pop game not a hip life game (that's where ghanaian are confused)where artiste are not really competitive with each other but rather kiss each other's assessment. To add to this EL is a better producer than a rapper,guess what manifest can only succeed in taking EL's spot not sarkodie cos if I listen to EL's rap and compare it to manifest's rap,they are what I call non fa Bars;cheap,senseless and just a poor imitation of the west.so people do yourself a favour by comparing EL to Manifest instead not Sarkodie.Sarkodie raps in twi yet people all over the world feel his vibes and can connect to his emotions.Sarkodie is Skillful in his rap.Manifest is intellectual in his rap.so to me they are unique in their own ways.EL is none of that..Manifest raps and I know he is soo intellectual,EL raps and I feel his desparation and Confusion.Let's Appreciate Sarkodie and Manifest instead of dissing them,comparing each other in negativity and support them instead.The fact that no one is even talking about EL proves he has weak bars,senseless lyrics,lacks emotions and a poor communication skills.In fact he has the weaknesses of sark_fest combined and I understand why he clapped for manifest ;he is that bad.he cud nt help but drag his mum and berla in.He won artiste of the year only to clap for manifest and give his place to him.definitely manifest can't get to the throne but manipulate the bodyguard EL.....am out.

If Ghanaian music is capable of holding on its identity, it'll not be neccessary to copy from outside but, its not the case here when you listen to Ghanaian music you quite often mistake it for Nigerian music until you begin to hear patches of local dialects being mixed with Nigerian street language phrases as commonly used by Nigerian musicians. Pride must be subjective and if you are a proud Ghanaian you must as well be independent of all ideas and as well own up originally everything you produce in music and not copy Nigerians. Ghanaians should stop being hypocritical and face the reality that Nigeria dominates the musical sounds and lyrics in this parts of the world therefore the deliberate castigation of Nigerian musical talents must stop. Its a case of if you can't beat them you simply join them and that's what has happened to Ghanaian music.
