This fund is pure deception by Mahama and there is no way the fund can be sustained even for a year. It is very insulting to Ghanaians when people are jobless and struggling to support their families and companies closing left, right and centre due to Dumsor to even dream this ludicrous idea. Also it’s extremely coy and suspicious how the fund will be launched just before this year’s general election. This guy (Mahama) must think Ghanaians are fools.
These guys in the “arts” are well paid and should be encouraged to save in pension, normal savings, life policies, critical illness cover etc. and the government’s attention should shine on the average man on the street that cannot even find a job.
This fund is a white elephant and by far the most laughable thing any leader in Ghana has conjured. This Mahama guy definitely lives up to his incompetence.

If you want throw money into the nima gutters, i don't give a fuck ,your time is up, you are heartless, hopeless, and useless. What kind of president would inflate the cost of a project by 650% and award the contract to a foreign contractor at the detriment of the poor tax payer. No normal human being will do that. Just look at the state of the country today, all the small scale industries are being shut down. Besides some low lives of illiterates would be following this thief of a leader and chanting slogans toaso. He has nothing to toaso.WHAT SOBERNESS CONCEALS, DRUNKENNESS WILL REVEAL.
