Even if it is his personal money that he gave this chap I still believe he is wrong because such a selection benevolence is unacceptable. What has Wayoosi done so important, than the poor cocoa farmer through whose toil the economy of the country revolves, to merit such favor from the president? I think it would be very appropriate for every person to send his or her hospital bills to the president for settlement. Mister President it is better to improve the economy and revise the NHIS to the benefit of all instead of your vote buying selective benevolence.
