All people who lived abroad were moving rather to Ghana for the first time, there was money in the system, national health insurance worked and the youth service kept the youth off the streets and give them jobs. Fast forward to Ghana today: terrible economy that everybody wants to leave the country as there are no jobs, national health insurance has collapsed and there is no money in the system. The youth have no jobs and roaming about. This is what I call backward. Don't make blanket statements with no facts.
