These countries that we go begging from, owe more than we do but they manage their debts very well. If we can manage our debts very well, we will have enough left over to fuel our development.If the money that we have already borrowed is put to good use, we will see progress. Unfortunately, the money finds it's way into personal bank accounts of politicians.
What makes us think those countries that are lending us the money are not making ridiculous profits out of us to reduce their own debt. They will only lend to us to make a massive profit or to stimulate their own economies through linkages.
