The schools must purchase books, electricity, water, general upkeep
Tithe and offerings are voluntary. The pastor can preach it, at the end of the day it's upto the individual to give or not to give.

These schools were all built with the sweats of their church members who kept sowing seeds; special offering seeds, first fruit seed, redemption seed,
thanksgiving seed, harvest seed, tithes, pastor's seed,
church building seed, evangelism seed, father's day seed, mother's day seed, children' day seed, Pastor's cake seed, olive oil seed,
etc.
These schools are now elite
schools, only for the rich
politician children.
The gainers then use the profits to buy private planes & jets to fly up high in luxury, ride Exotic Cars and live in expensive Mansions, while their members, (who are mostly the least of Jesus people) sleep hungry.
The next Saturday or Sunday, they will read Malachi 3:6-12.
If you think this is unfair, like me, please pass on this message because this is reality and we also need the CHANGE here !!!
Thank God for early missionaries who built schools and gave basic
education FREE or NEAR FREE to many of us including the CURRENT LEADERSHIP of these churches.

Remember most students vandalised school property at will,and they have to be replaced.You think the small COINS you put in the offering bowl can sustain the running of a school? Or that little money you cheat GOD every month as tithes can even buy one desk? Most people have no idea how much money is sink into running a school and for you to have a top school you need to 'gazump' tons of cash with no assurances that you will get it back,in fact most of the Christian schools have subsidised the monies the pupils pay.you are just broke but wants the best for your kids that's why you complaining.
Anyway you are free to take your kids to MADRASA or 'makalanta' Islamic school

Secondly, don't put all Christian schools in one basket. Ghana had just 2 universities for a long time and only a handful of ppl cld get in. If churches have stepped in to offer more options is it not helping the people/nation? Now many more can attend university.... open ur eyes.
The government is way richer than a church. They can't provide schools and sometimes the level of education is even lower as well. That shld tell u that it's not cheap to first of all have a school and also provide a higher level of education. What will ppl do if these churches did not build the schools? They already have the cheaper option which is public schools. Why do u think even the top teachers want to work in these schools?
This celebrity can always open his own school and offer free education...... like I said..... talk is cheap!
