I first noticed one on the left side of his face some years back but the rate of growth may indicate malignancy. A carcinoma may be benign and even when cancerous, can be localized. A melanoma on the other hand, is very dangerous when early treatment is not sought. This is because the cancer cells travel to attack other parts of the body (metastasis ). Mahama's facial polyp has really grown bigger and needs to be tested. A number of US Presidents had surgical removal of these skin cancer tumours very early including Reagan, Clinton and George H.W.Bush.

In fact I was a bit hurt why that kind of presentation on our airwaves, but you didn't bother & went ahed with the program to the end.
I'm a bit kinda shock to your openness even to expose publicly that you were even once a 'mortuary-man'.
You're a gifted, blessed & talented genius 'Wonder-Boy' in the showbiz of Ghana.
Don't bother about your English lack,
cos many of our 'book-long' PhD, Dr.'s, Profs & Masters holders struggle sometimes with the colonial English language themselves.
None of our Ghanaian/Commonwealth book-long intellectuals can singly tell you how many English words exists in the Oxford English Language Dictionary totally!!!
If you want just throw that as a challenge in a live quiz show program to the University Of Ghana lecturers & Professors then you will see that you're not left behind anybody!!

It could also be that you were just dumb & couldn't pick up anything from the school. In that case the school has the right to keep the fees you paid.
