This is what every man of God is expected of to be using church fund for, and also raise fund to help the poor members in their churches, most of the time when it's fund raising time, the poor orange, banana, rosted plantain sellers and other petty traders do their best to give something in the name of to receive blessing from God, but at the same time I think the church can also make a programme to bless these group of people.
