In Jesus's parable about the three talents, Jesus expected each person to use what they were given productively. In the parable of the 10 virgins, Jesus further frowned on depending on what has been given to others (Matt 25:9). So Jesus likes hardwork; He cherishes fair; and he admires accountability. As long as the lyrics are taken from the bible but the CD's do not come out free because the bible itself is not free, taking someone's work can also not be free.

It's unfortunate to say he didn't compose it by himself. As a musician (art & pop) I can say with authority that I had the hand written score of this song by Osei Boateng as far back as 1996.

Go check the records and you would realise that the Ghana Presby music council is using this song with permission which is correct thing to do; also It is not a Presby hymn.

It is time that we became serious as a people (Ghana) if this nation would go anywhere. If Cecilia does the needful, I'm sure this would be settled smoothly.

God expects us Christians to be disciplined and it is very lawless and shameful to pirate someone's work. It's however not late for Cecilia to right the wrongs.
